Overcoming writer's block
Usually when we hear about someone having writer’s block—an inability to think of new ideas or write—it’s in relation to creative projects. Many famous authors, from Ray Bradbury to Stephen King, have admitted to struggling with writer’s block during their careers. But when you’re stuck on business writing, you may not have time to set the project aside for days, weeks, or even months until inspiration strikes again.

Red Hat Summit
Red Hat Summit, including the former JBoss World and AnsibleFest events, is the 4th largest revenue generator for Red Hat annually. With more than 8,000 attendees in-person and online, the event debuts new products, services, and technology. Sessions are tailored to various audiences and experience levels, from executives to developers and introductory to senior.
Previously, I wrote executive keynote presentations for the main stage, specifically for our CTO and Director of Marketing. I also wrote case studies for Red Hat Innovation Awards nominees, highlighted at the event. And or the past 10 years, I have edited more than 300 session abstracts and speaker biographies for the Summit catalog annually.

My Red Hat
My Red Hat is a personalized, customizable dashboard where Red Hat users and customers can find key information about their subscriptions and services, including:
- Product trials and subscriptions
- Support cases and security alerts (CVEs)
- Training courses and certifications
- Event registrations
I am the UX content owner, working with developers and the localization team to create concise but clear content that is structured to help users find information fast and promote new experiences and services.
